16404 Cayman Road, Brooksville, FL 34614

Property Description

Under Construction. Rare opportunity on a build in progress. Lovely cleared lot in Royal Highlands. House has walls up, roof sheathed, plumbing roughed in and interior studs completed. Windows are purchased, not installed and included in sale. Doors on building are strictly for security purposes and are not inspected. Property is currently halted mid construction. All work to date was permitted, inspected and then the permit closed prior to sale to the current owner. Current owner scheduled, permitted and paid for a well to be drilled which is currently underway. However, he has experienced a major health set back which has left him unable to proceed. This leaves the door open for a major savings on a partially completed home. Completion will require the hiring of a licensed contractor and buyer is responsible for all costs associated with any and all further construction. There are no licensed contractors, other than the well company, currently associated with the property. Price includes completed/functioning, potable water producing well. Well is contracted for and currently under construction.
